Classifying powder materials.

By use of the pin mills designed by IPS, the material in the range of 0-1000 μ from the mill outlet is fed into the separator; the higher mesh-size materials poured onto the distribution plate in the separator and the rotating rotor remain outside with the effect of centrifugal force. Falls down by gravity and fed to the return system or to the system as dust-clean material.

Small mesh-size materials are transported with the air flow by entering through the plates on the rotating rotor with the effect of the air flow and the desired product allows to reach the desired grain size (microns).

Our Dynamic Separators allow separation of 50% to 85% of the separable material in the material to be separated.
