Chain elevators.

Central chain bucket elevators are used for the operational situation required by the material characteristic and the special conditions of the material being transported. Ground, crushed, abrasive and hot materials, such as gypsum or calcite, can be safely transported with high capacity chain bucket elevators. High-capacity central chain bucket elevators are ideally suited for transporting hot, granular and abrasive raw materials. In the gypsum and construction chemicals industry, the central system bucket elevator is used for vertical transportation.

Central chain elevators are preferred in terms of being able to connect more buckets than double row chain elevators, reaching 30-40 mt. transmission height and high capacities. The advantages of central chain elevators are that they have smaller body and bucket structure compared to double row chain elevators, reduce initial investment and maintenance costs with the single drum feature brought by the central chain, require lower drive power due to low chain tensions and chain weight due to its structural feature, and provide energy efficiency.
